Design Background
I am a well-rounded Product Designer with expertise in various design disciplines. My passion for design, automobiles, technology, and gadgets initially drew me to industrial design. Over time, I expanded into UX and UI design, using tools like Axure, Adobe Suite, Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, Framer, and HTML/CSS/JS to create website and app mockups. My diverse background allows me to solve complex problems using design thinking, industrial design, graphic design, and user experience methodologies. My goal is to meet or exceed business objectives while providing users with intuitive and satisfying experiences.
Design Process
I employ a combination of Design Thinking, UX methodologies, analytical business strategies, and technology forecasting to craft distinctive and innovative experiences for products and services. It starts with:
Brainstorm to identify the primary issue, and pertinent information is gathered to form a comprehensive case study.
Create user personas, which serve as a guiding framework for creating questionnaires, conducting surveys, usability testing, and interviews to uncover users' needs.
Generate ideas, develop user journey/experience maps, and rapidly create low and mid fidelity wireframes.
Design high-fidelity wireframes and create prototypes with Figma or HTML/CSS/JS to demonstrates how the product and/or services address the core problem at hand.
